Log in with your account
To log in to BBB, click the following link:
For TUM accounts:
For CIT Accounts:
Log in to bbb.cit.tum.de
Click CIT Login.
At the login screen, enter your CIT username and password, then click "Sign In". If you have a CIT certificate, you can select it to log in.
Log in to bbb.tum.de
Click TUM Login.
At the login screen, enter your TUM username and password, then click "LOGIN".
Create a room
You can create conference rooms in BBB. To do so, click „New Room“.
You can then enter a name for the room.

Share Room Access
Here, you can manually add other users to your room by clicking "Share Access". There, you need to enter the name of the user you wish to add, who must have already logged in to BBB on the same server at least once.
The room will appear on the start page of the added user. They can also see who added them to the room.
Settings
It is recommended to generate an Access Code for the room if only certain groups are supposed to use it.
When creating the room, you can set further settings. You can also change these settings at any time.
Share Room
Once created, other participants can join the room with the link. Participants do not need to log in to join the conference. They only need to enter the link into their browser and enter the Access Code (if applicable).
Join conference room with a microphone or listen only
After the conference starts, you and the participants each have two options for joining. When choosing "Listen only," you can only watch and listen to the conference, whereas when choosing "Microphone," you can also speak.
If you wish to activate the microphone, choose "Microphone". If you activate the microphone, you can also deactivate it later.
If you want to actively participate in the conference, you need to allow access to the microphone.
You then choose the correct audio source and speaker course and start the audio. You then choose your microphone in the list and confirm your choice. If you save this setting for later, this window will not be shown again.
Settings in conference room
When joining the conference room, you can use the buttons at the bottom to change your audio and camera settings, share your screen (moderators only), and restore the presentation.
By clicking the 
symbol, you can see further settings (moderators only).
By clicking the "
" next to your name, you can see the following settings as a moderator.
If you want to change the language in the conference room or other settings, you can click on the symbol which is marked and change those.
