Set up shared folders in the CIT domain
This describes how to configure the shared folder in the email program.

1. Linux - Thunderbird
Click the email option in the Set Up Another Account tab.
Write down your credentials and login.
Click on configure manually, then select the IMAP option.
Complete the details like in the image below, with these settings and the shared E-Mail address, and then click on done.

4. Windows - Outlook 2019
Open the Program and click onFile
Click on Add account.
Enter the email address of the project and set the check mark for Let me set up my account manually and click on Connect.
Choose the account type IMAP and click Connect.
Enter the options as shown on the screenshot.
DON`T enter your RBG password.
Enter the username RBG-Login@projectname (i.e. mustema@i99.vej, if the name is longer than 8 characters it will be shortened)
Finally click on OK to confirm.
